The Page Setup Dialog
You can open the Page Setup dialog by selecting Page Setup... from the File menu.
Using this dialog you can set up the page size, orientation, paper source, layout and margins.
The Paper Size Tab
On the Paper Size tab you can set up paper size (A4, A3, Letter,...) or the exact paper width and height and paper orientation (portrait or landscape).
The Paper Source Tab
On the Paper Source tab you can set up the paper source type (paper tray).
The Layout Tab
On the Layout tab you can set up a multi-column view of the report. For example, if you need to display the report results in three columns.
On this tab you can set up the number of columns for the report pages, the width for each column and the spacing between these columns.
The Margins Tab
On the Margins tab you can set up margins for the report pages (top, bottom, left and right margins).
