The Groups Dialog
You can open the Groups dialog by selecting Groups... from the Report menu.
Using this dialog you can set up groups and group settings.
You can select groups from the combo box. The list below contains all applied report template groups.
Using the Break On group you can select group types (data fields or custom fields). The Data Fields are results database fields and Custom Fields are controls in the report template.
Break On means that when data located in a group is changed, then the group is broken and a new one (the same group but after break) is started. This rule applies to any group.
Using On Group Change group you can set up when to start a new page if the group breaks.
Also, using this dialog you can set up to keep groups together and to reprint group headers on subsequent pages.
